Shilpa Sardesai

Shilpa Sardesai is a Facilitator, Teacher-Trainer, Course Designer, and Language Expert with over 25 years of experience in communication training and language pedagogy. She practises a learner-centred, communicative approach to training — where every session moves from theory to live application.

She holds an M.A. in English Literature and a Bachelor of Education with a major in English, and earned her Cambridge CELTA certification in Europe. She is a Cambridge-certified Language Assessor and a British Council–certified Online Teaching Trainer, allowing her to design and benchmark communication programmes to international standards.

Her training portfolio spans mid- and senior-level professionals at some of the world's most demanding organisations — Deloitte, American Express, Accenture, Concentrix, Bosch, The Times of India, Maruti Udyog, Genpact, TCS, and RITES. She has also trained at the Australian High Commission and delivered programmes at premier institutions including IIT Delhi and St Columba's.
