Sample sponsor report

What a sponsor receives.

Every engagement closes with a written report to the sponsoring function. This sample uses illustrative figures for a fictional cohort so procurement and L&D teams can see the structure. It is not client data.

2. Measurement by Kirkpatrick level

  • Level 1, Reaction: relevance pulse collected during delivery.
  • Level 2, Learning: movement computed against the diagnostic baseline, as above.
  • Level 3, Behaviour: observed in stakeholder-facing simulations; manager confirmation where the sponsor enables it.
  • Level 4, Results: defined jointly at scoping. Attribution belongs to the client.

3. Individual observations (where authorised)

Participant A: strong gain in brevity and solution-first framing; hostile questioning still the weakest criterion. Participant B: ...

4. Recommended next-stage work

  • Targeted practice on handling sceptical questioning for the lowest-scoring third of the cohort.
  • A 60-day manager check-in to confirm behaviour at work.
  • Repeat the baseline with the next promotion intake.
