Novara-Q does not maintain a permanent teaching staff drawn from academia. Every mentor holds or has held an operating role, and teaches the specific discipline they have practised. The roster below is the faculty a client engagement is assembled from — not a marketing panel.

Operating experience is mandatory.
Every teaching mentor has held the role they teach into. We do not appoint trainers who have only ever trained.
Mentors teach one discipline, not all of them.
Faculty are assigned per engagement against the diagnostic, rather than allocated uniformly across every cohort.

The advisory panel shapes curriculum direction and institutional standards; it does not deliver cohort sessions.
