The school was built to answer that properly — modules rather than lectures, practitioners rather than professors, cohorts rather than classes. Novara-Q is led by its two founding partners, both Designated Partners of the LLP, who carry the curriculum, the faculty standard, and the commercial relationship with every client institution.

Anuradha is the founder and driving force behind Novara-Q. She leads the company's vision, strategy, and direction, and set out to build a modern finishing school where presence, argument, and composure are taught with real rigour — holding the standard that defines every cohort.
Chaitanya is a co-founder of Novara-Q and its Chief Strategy Officer. He shapes the school's strategy, partnerships, and long-term growth — translating its vision into the programmes, alliances, and systems that scale it, and bringing a builder's perspective to the founding team.
Held by the founding partners with the advisory panel. Modules are revised against what fails in delivery, not on a fixed annual cycle.
Operating experience is a condition of appointment. Mentors teach only the discipline they have practised.
