One discipline, not all of them
Mentors teach only the discipline they have practised. Faculty are assigned per engagement against the diagnostic, rather than allocated uniformly across every cohort.
Workshops, drills and observed practice
Every module is a workshop with drills, simulations and observed practice, delivered in small cohorts against defined behavioural outcomes.

Mentor agreements include per-session payouts and the option of an advisory retainer. Details shared after our first conversation.

Operating experience is mandatory
Every teaching mentor has held the role they teach into. We do not appoint trainers who have only ever trained.
