Founder-Practitioner · Behavioural Practice

Founder-practitioner in emotional intelligence and expressive practice — the regulation and composure work beneath sustained senior performance.

Angira Chakravorty Dasgupta is the Founder of Healing Rhyyithm (established 2015), an integrative well-being practice rooted in Expressive Arts Therapy and embodied psychotherapy. With over a decade of experience, her work is trauma-aware, body-based, and strengths-focused — drawing on formative and affirmative counselling to help individuals and teams unlock their full potential.

She holds an MSc (Tech) in Bioinformatics and professional diplomas in Dance Movement Therapy and Art Therapy. She is a Sound Healing Practitioner, a Master Practitioner of NLP, and a performing Odissi dancer with over two decades on stage — a rare combination of scientific rigour, therapeutic training, and embodied artistic discipline.

Over the past decade she has facilitated experiential programmes for leading organisations including Dabur, ITC, Tata Steel, Aditya Birla Group, Emami, and Electrosteel, alongside premier educational institutions such as Presidency University, BITS Pilani, La Martiniere, and Don Bosco. Her sessions focus on cohesion, collaboration, communication, conflict navigation, and emotional well-being.
