Novara-Q LLP (“Novara-Q”, “we”) runs novaraq.in. For personal data you give us on this site we are the Data Fiduciary under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Registered office: 10/167, Chitrakoot Marge, Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302021.

• Applications and enquiries (apply, scoping, custom-module, booking and tool forms): name, email, phone, organisation and what you tell us. Used only to reply to you and arrange what you asked for.
• How you reached us: the page you landed on, the referring website and any campaign tags in the link (for example utm_source). Stored with your enquiry so we know which channels work.
• Conversations with Nova, our website assistant: your messages are sent to our AI provider to generate replies and are kept in your browser for the session. If you agree to be contacted, the conversation is attached to your enquiry.
• Anonymous page counts: page path, referring site and device type, with no cookies, IP address or identifiers.
• Optional analytics and advertising cookies (Google Analytics / Tag Manager, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Microsoft Clarity, Meta Pixel), only if you click “Accept”. They help us understand which pages are useful and measure our ads.

We process your data on the basis of your consent, given when you tick the box on a form, agree in a Nova chat, or accept cookies. You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to business@novaraq.in; for cookies, use “Cookie settings” in the footer. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already done.

Supabase (database and sign-in), Web3Forms (form email delivery), Vercel (hosting), Anthropic (Nova's replies) and, only with your consent, Google, LinkedIn, Microsoft and Meta. They act on our instructions. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.

Enquiries and applications are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then deleted, unless you become a participant, in which case your records are kept for the duration of the programme and as required for certificates and accounts.

You can ask us for a summary of the personal data we hold about you, have it corrected or completed, have it erased, and nominate someone to exercise your rights if you are unable to. Write to business@novaraq.in; we respond within 30 days.

Our programmes are for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18 without verifiable consent from a parent or guardian.
