Pooja Malhotra brings over 25 years of rich experience in the advertising and marketing industry, with an extensive background in managing leading brands and collaborating with accomplished professionals. Her diverse corporate journey has equipped her with deep expertise and a nuanced understanding of business dynamics, brand building, and organisational ecosystems.

Known for her strong interpersonal skills and leadership abilities, she has consistently inspired and guided young professionals and emerging leaders. She has also been actively involved in academia, training postgraduate students on media and communication-related subjects at reputed institutions such as EMPI Business School and India Today Media Institute. In addition, she has designed and conducted corporate training programmes for various organisations, focusing on communication, organisational psychology, leadership development, and personal effectiveness.
