For: Heads of department, senior consultants, matrons and hospital administrators

The art of leading across specialties, departments, and hierarchies. Participants learn to run productive multidisciplinary meetings, build consensus among senior clinicians, persuade administration on clinical priorities, and coach junior consultants and matrons to deliver at their best. The leadership disciplines that turn a hospital from a collection of departments into an aligned institution.

Modules are workshops with drills and observed practice, delivered in small cohorts. For teams, modules are selected against a diagnostic.
