For: Heads of department, senior consultants, matrons and hospital administrators

The disciplines of communicating in the moments that define institutional reputation — clinical adverse events, aggressive patients or families, staff conflict, and public-facing crises. Participants learn de-escalation frameworks, structured breaking-of-difficult-news protocols, media-facing statements, and the calm authority that steadies a room.

Modules are workshops with drills and observed practice, delivered in small cohorts. For teams, modules are selected against a diagnostic.
