Entity and documentation
Novara-Q LLP is a registered limited liability partnership with GSTIN, PAN and IEC on record. Due-diligence questionnaires, MSAs and NDAs are completed before scoping begins, not after.
Named faculty, no silent substitution
Faculty assigned to an engagement are named in the scope. Credentials are available for verification, and no mentor is substituted without prior written notice to the sponsor.
No sub-contracting without approval
Delivery is not passed to third-party trainers. Where a client requires a capability outside the roster, it is proposed in writing and engaged only with prior approval.
Participant data handled as a processor
Assessment records and individual observations are processed only on the client's documented instruction, limited to the purpose of the engagement, and returned or deleted on completion. Positions align to the processor expectations under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Confidentiality of client material
Scenario material built from a client's operating reality remains that client's. Nothing is reused as a case study, marketing reference, or named credential without written consent.
Records and right of review
Attendance, assessment records and delivery documentation are retained for the period agreed at contracting and made available to the client on request.
Where a client's own outsourcing or third-party risk policy imposes additional requirements, those are addressed at contracting rather than treated as exceptions.
